At the national organization you can acquire the right to use a music composition for your production. But this contains only the use of melody, harmony and lyrics for recording a new cover version of a song.

If you want to use a finished recording, you have to license the song from the relevant record company.

pictures and artwork

The right to use the artwork you normally achieve by paying the designers fee.

It’s the designer, who is responsible for the used photographies and he has to make shure, that all contained pictures are approved.

movie clips

To use a movie clip you also have to contact the relevant producing company to arrange a licensing.

software

If you want to publish software or content, that is programmed with special software, you also have to clear the rights with the relevant software company.
